futzing around on the brain drain site known as YouTube, I came across this woman that goes by the name of girlwriteswhat.

Shocked at first at her willingness to state the obvious, then impressed at her way of doing so. If you haven't yet, check her out. Her ability to clearly state her opinions (many I agree with) on the gender dynamics is a breath of fresh air.
